Abstract
Shareholders and creditors are the two closest interest groups with the company. The Company Law has adequate stipulations on rights and legal status of shareholders, whereas has few active and virtual means on protection for creditors. This paper deals with the current system on the creditors in Company Law in China, and puts forward some suggestions on the perfection of this system, proceeded from the necessity of the protection to the company’s creditors.
