Several strains isolated from Luliang in Yunnan, which caused the symptoms of the potato rotting around the vascular and the plant wilting, were identified as Clavibacter michiganensis subsp.sepedonicus on pathogenicity, movement, morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics.
