Abstract

Objective: To review Development and Transform of the Hospital Pharmacy in China.Methods: To analyze and sum up the relative literatures. Results: Driving by the reform of state medical system, the hospital pharmacy has been changed from the classical model of supply servce into the technology service model . Therefore, qualified phaemaceutists are needed in hospital pharmacy. Conclusion: According to the developing features of the hospital pharmacy, the pharmacy staff in hospital should change their working pattern to adapt to the new situation.
