Abstract
To study the feasibility of expression of Thymosin alpha1 induced by lactose instead of IPTG.The factors such as the optimal induction time, the optimal inducer concentration, the optimal induction duration and other induction conditions were studied, and the optimal induction conditions were determined. The results showed that Thymosin alpha1 is effectively induced by lactose, and the induction efficiency of lactose is better than that of IPTG.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
