Abstract

In order to improve the quality of the resultant yarn through rotor-spinning process,data analysis finds the effect of the carding roller,false twsiter navel,rotor cup on quality of the resultant yarn.Conclusion is made that the carding roller is the main cause of the aparting degree of fiber,effecting yarn strength,evenness,slubs and snicks.The false twsiter navel has false twsiting effect favoring the dynamic strength,lowering the yarn breakage for a smooth production,yet disfavoring yanr strength.The important is the configuration of the speed of rotor with dia.of the rotor.Speed,diameter and shape of coacervating slot are closely related to quality of resultant yarn.Stable production and quality of yarn can only be gained through selecting the three main elements in consideration of fiber property,varieties of fiber,count of fiber as well as machine condition.
