Abstract
In this paper Enterprise Cluster is analyzed by using symbiosis theory of biology, believing that Enterprise Cluster reflects the characteristic of co-evolution. Virtually it is a symbiotic system of co-existence and co-evolution. According to the Logistic equation of species co-existence, symbiosis models of enterprise cluster is established and its stability is analyzed. Based on the results, proposals are put forward to develop small and medium-sized enterprises.
