Improvement of Inverted Index in Search Engine System

Abstract
The full-text inverted index based on automatic Chinese segmentation is a popular technology for Chinese search engines.In this paper,we propose a grouping inverted index method and an updating arithmetic by using the superadding index.The experiment shows that this two methods can improve the retrieval efficiency and have no negative influence on system's effectiveness.
