Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical application of high frequent color Doppler ultrasound flow imaging(CDFI)in the diagnosis of breast malignant tumors. Methods CDFI characteristics of 60 patients with malignant breast tumors were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the results of surgical and pathologic findings. Results The malignant breast tumor had the characteristics in the shape, edge, membrane, the echoes of internal and rear areas and the ratio of length and breadth. Many blood stream signals appeared in and around the tumors, and there were thick colored blood stream signals in the tumors. Conclusion High frequent CDFI is a valuable inspection method to diagnose the malignant breast tumors.
