Abstract
A synchronous distance education system based on the CSCW technology and modern multimedia communicating technology and its implement are described. The system consists of the synchronous fictitious-classroom, the synchronous examination and supervision, and the information exchange between the teacher and students or between the students. The system can also make the teacher and students pool freely a same integrated environment provided by network to reform and perfect the distance education.
