Exploration of the Experimental Teaching Reform under the Cultivation Model of Innovative Talents

In response to the cultivation model innovativetalents,we analyzed the status of the college laboratory teaching,and proposed several reform measures for experimental teaching:1) setting multi-level experimental teaching contents;2) using flexible experimental teaching methods;3) using discussion-style teaching methods;4)constructing a high level team of experimental teaching;5) establishing the open and innovative laboratories.By the reform of experimental teaching,the students' ability of innovative applications can be improved,and the cultivated superior talents will be innovative and practical which is required for social development.
