Clinical misdiagnosis analysis of pulmonary tuberculosis:on 32 cases report

Objective To analyze the misdiagnosis case of pulmonary tuberculosis,and to explore its reason and consideration.Methods Retrospectively analysed the clinical data of 106 hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,analysed its misdiagnosis rate,clinical feature,misdiagnosis time,misdiagnosis disease and treatment effect.Results In 106 cases patients,were misdiagnosed 32 cases,misdiagnosis rate was 30.2%;Misdiagnosis time was 7d to 5 years;Misdiagnosis disease included chronic bronchitis 13 cases(40.6%),pneumonia 8 cases(25.0%),bronchiectasis 2 cases(6.3%),chronic gastritis 2 cases(6.2%),the other seven cases(21.9%).Misdiagnosed cases after anti-TB treatment,recovered 21 cases(65.6%),markedly 5 cases(15.6%),improved 3 cases(9.4%),invalid 3 cases(9.4%).Conclusion The atypical pulmonary tuberculosis is often mistaken for other diseases,delay treatment,is worthy of clinical attention.
