Abstract
Optimal allocation of water resources is one of the effective channels to solve the contradiction that existed in the demand and supply of water.Taking Hebei Province as the research object,in fixing the basis of water transfer scale,a multi-object,multi-water resource,multi-user optimal allocation model of water resources model was established based on the characteristics of regional water resources system, then the optimal distribution of water supply for each planning level year is realized. In this paper,a multi-hierarchy evaluation system for sustainable development of regional water resources was established. With this,Prediction and evaluation for the influence of optimal allocation results on regional society.Economy and ecological environment were studied.
