Abstract
It was proposed that the equivalent point of potentiometric titration can be determined more conveniently and simply by taking only 2-4 sets of data at appropriate stages in the course of titration and by calculation according to the formula of the two-points method.And the error aroused from the calculation was also discerned.The proposed method can be operated in relatively large potential intervals,and the results obtained were in conformity with the results obtained by the conventional potentiometric titration with data treatment by 2nd order derivation.The accuracy and precision of the present method were proved by experimental data.The speed of analysis was also remarkably raised.
