My Opinions on Qualifications of Civil Subject of Establishing Corporation

Qualifications of civil subject of establishing corporation is not yet defined as there are different views in practice and theory.Analyzing from its special group structure,establishing corporation is an objective existence in the process of the corporation being set up.Based on the active response to objective existence of establishing corporation and the practical need to realize the policy objective of the company law,the company law should provide establishing corporation qualifications of civil subject and the statutory form and basic content of it in our country.
