View on the Character of Theft of Credit Card and Using Acts——the Boundary of Credit Card Fraud and Fraud

Larceny and credit card fraud are two entirely different crime originally,due to the special nature of credit cards,they must be identified and used by the machine,there is a wide controversy in theoretical circles for the character of theft of credit card and using acts.In fact,the theft of credit card and using acts should be characterized according to the code 196 of Penal;it should be convicted and punished by the credit card fraud.
