Study on Development Model of Xinjiang Agricultural Modernization——Based on the Perspective of "Development to the West"

In this article,the angle of to the west refers to the geographically strategic pattern,that is,in Xinxiang,its geographical and location advantages should be taken into account so as to advance the economic cooperation with countries in Mid-Asia.This is also true for the agricultural construction including agricultural product trade and production as well as the related technical cooperation.Such cooperation not only assists the agricultural modernization development but also makes the most of the agricultural resources of Mid-Asia.In this perspective,the development pattern of Xinxiang's agricultural modernization can neither imitate that of the inland cities nor rely on their models.The innovation of development mode needs to consider comprehensively of the regional characteristics and the condition of rural labor force and establish the proper development mode of agricultural modernization in xinjiang,such as the Xinxiang's agricultural cooperation with countries in Mid-Asia will propel the construction of Xinxiang's agricultural modernization.
