Abstract
The report of the 17th Party Congress stresses the importance of cultural construction and the enhancement of soft strength of China's culture to push forward the super prosperity and growth of socialist culture,which reflects the party's high attention on role of culture,scientific orientation of its developing direction and conscious awareness of responsibility of its construction under new historical condition.
