Abstract
The polyarcylamide gel electrophoresis was applied to study Esterase Iso-enzyme of 11 strains of verticillium.dahliae which has different pathogenicity and VCGs.Two strains of verticillium.albo-atrum was also included.The results shows that this method can differentiate verticillium.dahliae and verticillium..albo-atrum ,and defoliting and nondefoliating of verticillium.dahliae.
