Study on Evaluation of Passenger Organization in Urban Rail Transit Station

Rail transit station is the basic unit in the rail transit transportation.It's the place where passengers buy tickets,receive ticket checking,board and land as well as transfer trains.The passenger organization in the station influences passengers' safety,comfort and passenger evacuation during the emergency.In order to reflect the level of passenger organization in station,in this paper the writer puts forward the concepts of evaluation index for passenger organization and the calculating methods in theory.These concepts and methods will lay a theoretical foundation for the further calculation of evaluation index which helps direct the station to improve passenger organization plans and optimize the facility layout in station.
