Abstract
Among the essential factors of moral consciousness that control moral behavior, moral will is the intermediary link of moral cognition and moral feelings to moral conducts. Moral will is the final manifestation of moral consciousness, the final stage of the transformation of moral consciousness to moral conducts, and the direct motive factor of the execution of moral conducts. The intrinsic practical nature of moral will manifests practice-spirit —the unique characteristic of the moral behavior subject. It precisely presents the good will,self-determination,and self-control of individual morality, and thus plays a vital role of the formation and maintaining of a citizen’s individual morality.
