Abstract
The change rule of electrical resistivity of InSn49.1 and InSn70 alloys with the increase of the temperature were investigated. The results show that some transitions occur in a low-temperature zone near the melting point.According to the analysis of the resistivity-temperature(ρ-T) curves, the liquid-liquid structural transformation(LLST) occurring in the low-temperature zone is related to transition of liquid Sn,and the element In has great influence on transition temperature.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
