Abstract

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of low-dose Naloxone(NL)on anti-convulsion of ketamine(KT) induced by lidocaine(L).METHODS Mice were randomly divided into groups.(1)To determine, with Sequence method,ED50 of L which can cause convulsion after hypodermic injection of NS or KT beforehand.(2)Observe the effect of KT on convulsion induced by L,the duration of tonic state, frequency, total time, incidence of convulsion were noted.(3)Observe the effect of NL on convulsion induced by L;(4)Observe the effect of low-dose NL on anti-convulsion of KT induced by L.RESULTS (1) In NS group and KT group, the ED50 of L induced convulsions in mice were 62.95 mg·kg-1 and 75.68 mg·kg-1,no statistically significant difference(P0.05);(2)Compared with the NS group,The number of seizures, convulsions and duration of the seizures in KT2 group were a number of lower(P0.05)and total time attacks had decreased, but the difference was not significant(P0.05);(3) Compared with the NS group,NL1000 group reduced the number of seizures(P0.05);(4)Compared with the NS group and the NL group;NL+KT group reduced the duration(P0.05) and the number of seizures(P0.01).CONCLUSION In the experimental condition,a higher dose of ketamine has the effect of anti-lidocaine induced convulsion, and a small dose of naloxone enhanced this effect.
