Abstract
【Objective】To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of patients with broad ligament hysteromyoma.【Methods】The clinical data of 30 cases with broad ligament hysteromyoma from March 2003 to March 2006 was analyzed retrospectively.【Results】The accuracy rate of pre-operation diagnosis reached 76.7% while clinical examination combined with ultrasonic examination.All thirty cases recovered well without injuring other organs.【Conclusions】The effective diagnosis methods of broad ligament hysteromyoma before operation are ultrasonic examination and gynecologic examination.Operation is the main therapy for broad ligament hysteromyoma.The anatomy of myoma and other organs should be identified exactly to avoid injuring other tissue and organs during the operation.
