Analyzing of Scientific Research Management of Higher Vocational Colleges in Taiwan

The paper focuses on the introduction and analysis of the program application,special training,project funding,performance evaluation and achievement awards on the scientific research management based on outlining management policy and management mechanism of higher vocational colleges in Taiwan.Clear management concept,various research training system and perfect research incentive mechanism of higher vocational colleges in Taiwan has important enlightenment significance to promote the construction and development of scientific research management in mainland vocational colleges.
