Abstract

By now, the liquid crystal display (LCD) has dominated the main performance in panel displays. The market scale of LCD was close to the traditional displays-CRT. In this paper, we reviewed several hotspots of LCD research, including Transparent LCD (TS-LCD), poly-silicon thin film transistor, liquid crystal on silicon (Lcos).
