Effect of PEG_(6000) Stress on Drought Resistance of Wheat

Abstract

The difference of drought resistance between the two varieties was revealed according to the content of SOD,CAT and MDA.The result showed that SOD,CAT activity declined and MDA content increased in the blade of the wheat after PEG6000 stress.Shanhe No.6 had the better drought resistance than Zhengyin No.1 through the comparison of the three indexes between the two varietes.
