A Study on Logistics Mode and Its Influence Factors of Multinational Companies

With the deepening of economic globalization,the globalization of the supply chain has become a major feature of world economy. Logistics,being an important part in the global supply chain,the choice of which has an important impact on the efficient operation of the multinational companies' supply chain. The logistics operation mode of multinational companies can basically be divided into three categories: self-run logistics,the third party logistics,and the fourth party logistics. All logistics operation modes have their unique characteristics. For different industries and multinational enterprises,its role varies too. Therefore,multinational companies should choose their own logistics operation mode based on their actual situation,the macro environment and industrial factors.
