Strengthen Cooperation between University Libraries and Department Reference Room to Promote Resources Sharing——Discussion about the reform problem of the department reference room

This paper has analyzed problems existing in the developing process of university reference room,held the view that department reference room as the important part of the culture information guarantee system of universities,and put forward suggestions that that library should bring its predominant functions into full play in the developing process of department reference room,strengthen the cooperation between university library and department reference room in order to promote resources sharing.
