Abstract
At the different concentration rate the change of quasi-steady filtrate flux,viscosity and wet solid content for inosine fermentation broth were investigated by industrialized ceramic membranes.On basis of this,membrane filtrate flux can be enhanced in the process of inlet in exchange with outlet.The effect of water washing mode on the inosine content and membrane flux was discussed.The mechanism of membrane fouling was investigated and the method of membrane cleaning was obtained.It shons that 200 nm membrane was suited for membrane filtration of inosine fermentation broth.It was advantageous for the washing of strains to feed washing water by feeding ratio 4%.In the total resistance,the irreversible fouling resistancewas principal.The effective method of chemical cleaning was that it took 40 minutes to clean membranes by mixed solution composed of 1% NaOH and 0.2% NaClO,whereafter,0.5%HNO_3 was used to clean membrane for 5 minutes.Results indicated that membrane flux could be recovered rapidly.7figs.,2tabs.,8refs.
