Abstract
Consciousness is the instruction of action and determine its direction and quality.The thesis says that,based on the essence characteristic of basketball itself and the real state of players in the game,the consciousness of players in the game should be divided into tow parts including actual basketball fixed psychology reflection and basketball wisdom.And it further put forward the training principle and training method accordingly.
