Abstract
Objective: To review the outcomes of vesicovaginal(uretrovaginal) fistula after surgical treatments.Methods: The clinic data of 23 cases of vesicovaginal fistula were retrospectively analyzed from year 1995 to 2005.Results: The gynecological operations were the major factor of vesicovaginal fistula,the rate of was about 65.3%.There were no obvious difference therapeatic efficacy between early and late operation.Conclusion: Opportunity of vesicovaginal(uneterovayinal) fistula surgical treatment should be based on the patients' situation.
