Abstract

Grating can be split into equal-ling-space grating and varied-line-space grating.Theoretic analysis shows that changing the function of groove density can endow grating the ability of focusing and reducing aberration.That is varied-line-space grating(VLS grating).Instead of plane wave,the article made VLS grating by spherical wave of interference with aspheric wave give a way to improve the efficiency of light path calculation by genetic algorithm,and analyzed the function of VLS grating by surveying its diffraction pattern.
