Study of urban land-use based on TOD mode

Abstract

Being an important component of urban plan,traffic pattern was required to adapt to land-use different status.Urban land-use around TOD corridors and TOD stations,in the medium-and-micro view,was researched by analyzing the relationship between urban transport and land use,in light of the practical experience of urban land-use in home and abroad.The influence of passenger transport planning and policy is also analyzed under TOD strategy in this paper.
