Abstract
This paper analyzes the reasons of traffic jams,and promote sustainable development policies of urban traffic from the macro meso and micro circumstances.From the perspective of traffic management traffic supply and traffic demand,this paper propose that reforming current traffic system and strengthening intelligence and information management,increasing the effective supply of urban road and promoting parking management system,establishing bus rapid transit and strengthening the demand management of car,integrating land use and urban planning and traffic development coordinately.
