Abstract

According to manufacturing processes and NC programs of typical structural part, the methods of modeling and simulation of NC machine's manufacturing system based on VERICUT was introduced, it realizes virtual manufacturing. It efficiently forecasts machining results, reduces cost, improves the efficiency in the programming, shorten the machining periods.
