National spirit and modernization construction

National spirit, the “heart”“and”“soul”of a nation, is a consistent national quality which is formed and displayed in the development of her history. This article dwells on the denotation, extraction and function of Chinese national spirit, especially the Chinese communists' own glorious traditions and fine styles, which were inherited and developped from Chinese national fine traditions. Depending on the spirit, Chinese Communist Party has led the people of the whole country to the revolutionary victory, and created worlol-known acheivements. Today, this spirit still functions as our enormous spiritual strength by which we are carrying out our socialist modernization construction.
