Aesthetic anthropology is a method to study the aesthetic phenomena of different ethnic groups from anthropological perspective. Proceeding from the reflections on traditional aesthetic study, aesthetic anthropology is an experiential study as well as the aesthetics of life world. It contributes to transforming traditional aesthetics from metaphysics to a branch of knowledge.
