Abstract
Economic restructuring will accelerate the pace in the country's “Shiyiwu” period . The force should come from enterprises in the economic restructuring, enterprises should in the main position. However, enterprises status in the real economic restructuring are complex. From historical, realistic experience, we must clarify our thinking and take steps to establish the main position of enterprises in the economic restructuring to facilitate the success of adjustment.
