Abstract
The extraction of the essential oils from orange peels by steam distillation was studied. To observe the effect of oil yield rate on distillation time, soak time, etc. It showed that the best extraction time was 85 min and the best soak time was 8 h.GC-MS quantitative and qualitative analyzed chemical components from it.Thirty-two components were identified from the method of steam distillation, which amounts to about 89.56%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
