Water Conservancy Construction of Harnssing Pastoral Area on Middle Reaches of Tarim River.

The ecological environment in the area of middle and lower reaches of Tarim river rapidly worsens,the main reason is 21×10~8 m~3 river water near half of middle reaches river water of Tarim river artificially being lost,cause river water is almost non on the lower reaches of Tarim River and makes Weilitema Lake dries up.The way of settling problem once and for all is to move out all peasants and herdsmen from both banks of lower reaches of Tarim River and realizes artificial consumering water as zero.In the near future,the conscientius method is actively developing water conservancy construction,change animal husbandry production style,concentrating high utilization of Tarim water resources,developing artificial grassland and transforming natural meadow,realize aimal husbandry production ecological environment coordinating development and human being exists harmoniously with nature.
