Abstract

Practice teaching is an important component of undergraduate education.For the non-research applied universities,it is a key link for cultivating practical talents and students' innovation ability to construct a reasonable system of professional practice teaching module.In this paper,while in combination with mature practice teaching practice of Food Science and Engineering of Suihua University,This article puts forward a preliminary idea of 1+4 practice teaching module system to transform practice teaching philosophy and reform practice teaching content and process.
