Comparing Characteristics of European and China' s Regional Innovation Development from Space-Time Perspective

Abstract

The traditional models are questioned by the existence of spatial effects.According to Spatial Dependence and Spatial Heterogeneity at the same time,this paper establishes econometric models which include the Spatial effects,comparing convergence and diffusion characteristics of European and China' s regional innovation development from SpaceTime perspective and base on different innovation space club.There are differences and similarities between European and China's regional innovation development.The results not only proves the correctness of the regional development policy in china but also pointed out the existing problems of China' s regional innovation and development.
