Influence of the Financial Expenditure Policies for Ecological Compensation on Rural Labors' Employment——Taking Yanqing County of Beijing as an Example

In this paper,the concept of financial expenditure policies for ecological compensation is defined and explained,the characteristics of rural labors' employment are illustrated,and the comprehensive index,namely the degree of involving financial expenditure policies for ecological compensation,is used to analyze how financial expenditure policies for ecological compensation influence rural labors' employment time and income. Findings were made such as: the higher rural labor's degree of involving financial expenditure policies for ecological compensation, the longer his employment time within township; the financial expenditure policies for ecological compensation have two different influences,namely pushing up / pulling down rural labor's employment income,which coexist and play roles at the same time,but these two forces are not balanced and their target groups are not consistent
