Abstract
The conservation momentum law and angular momentum conservation law are the basic law of physics.They are focal point in physics teaching in middle schools and universities.In order to combine the physics teaching in universities with that in middle schools,this article probes the establishment and the scope of application of the conservation momentum law and angular momentum conservation law in Mechanics.Thus students can understand the experimental basis of the law clearly and grasp the conservation laws and the scope of application of the laws.
