Study on the Problem and Strategy of Construction Supervision in Hydraulic Engineering in China

Engineering supervision has played an important role in engineering quality,cost,time and economic benefit controls since it was implemented in China.But there exist some problems and difficulties in hydraulic engineering construction,such as the inefficient market management,the poor external environment,and low input for supervision,which need to be solved.In order to protect the interests of the nation,the construction organization and supervision agencies,the countermeasures for the problems are put forward,which will be useful for healthy development of hydraulic engineering supervision in China.
