Abstract
Objective: To investigate the magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging in cerebral microbleeds diagnosis application value. Methods: 127 patients with suspected cerebral microbleeds in patients were performed MRI scan and SWI sequence scanning conventional sequences, the sequence was CMBs positive cases and cerebral microbleeds stove number, location of display case. Results: 97 cases of intracranial hemorrhagic lesions detected micro,SWI sequence detection of low signal range of 1418,the positive rate of CMBs 100%,were significantly higher than that of conventional sequence detection rate of 76.5%(P 0.01).Conclusion: MR susceptibility weighted imaging in cerebral microbleeds display high sensitivity for the detection of cerebral microbleeds, optimal sequence.
