Abstract

Objective:To develop a method for studying the HPLC/UV fingerprints of Radix scrophulariae. Methods:Separation was performed on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% formic acid and methanol as gradient elute. The flow rate was 1 mL/min.Results:Perfect fingerprints were obtained which can be used for the valuation of Radix scrophulariae. Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of Radix scrophulariae.
