Abstract
Trade in services of China has developed rapidly since adopting the reform andopening policy. Its total amount of trade in services reached $134.567 billion in 2004, about 26times as much as that in 1985. But the ratio of China to the world market is still small. This paperat first reviews the current situation in China’s trade in services, and then reveals its problems byanalyzing the TC index and the composition of trade in services. Finally it puts forward some solu-tions.
