Abstract

After China entered WTO, the sustainable development of state-owned commercial banks is faced with the challenge of global competition. It's necessary to carry on the reform of shareholding system, strengthen operating management and promote financial innovation, which help to resolve such existing problems as unreasonable property system, low efficiency of management and brain drain. Thus, these state-owned commercial banks can achieve their sustainable development and make a due contribution to national economy.
