Current Situation and Countermeasures on resource allocation and structure adjustment of secondary vocational education of Chongqing

Accompanied by rapid development of economic in Chongqing,the city construction needs more and more talented pelsuned,the widening of the gap between urban and rural areas also puts forward new requirements of education.The development of secondary vocational education can not only fill the lack of labor resources of the main city,but can also improve the skills of the rural population and transfer rural population.The development of vocational education in Chongqing is in the forefront of the national vocational education,but still has many problems in resource allocation and structure adjustment of the vocational education.This article aims to give an introduction of resource allocation and structure adjustment of Chongqing vocational education and propose modest recommendations for improvement.
